Still makes time for his family which is hard to do in the Real Estate environment. Dedicated to his work and will serve you well.
Sebastian did an excellent job. I was out of town for most of the escrow period. He was present for all of the inspections and called me as soon as they were done. His advice was spot on and everything went smoothly. He has already followed up with me after the sale to make sure things are good.

Sebastian treated us like the most important clients he'd ever had, even back when we just wandered into his office and said we weren't seriously looking, just wanted to get a feel for neighborhoods and prices. We visited the area to look at properties 4 times, sometimes dropping in on him without advance notice (and, midway through, changing our minds about what type and price range we wanted to look at). But every time, he listened to what we wanted/liked/didn't like, did extremely thorough research, and gave us all the time in the world to look at different properties. Sebastian was superbly knowledgeable about different neighborhoods and also specifics of the houses we looked at (in terms of value for our dollar, resale value, etc.). He quickly honed in on what we wanted, and sent several e-mails linking us to properties he thought would interest us (that's actually how we found the house we bought). Throughout our entire search process, Sebastian was readily available, incredibly knowledgeable, thought of questions that hadn't even occurred to us and made sure we got the answers, handled everything with great good humor as well as expertise, and made sure we got the best deal we possibly could. I can't recommend him highly enough -- and I can't wait till we need to buy another house, and can work with him again!!

After meeting with several very qualified realtors, we selected Sebastian to sell my parent's home after my father became unable to live independently. I just walked into his office and we started talking. In a few minutes we had a good understanding of what I had, what I wanted and the best way to go about it. He was very knowledgable and straight forward. We set realistic goals and they were met. The house was shown several times, always at my convenience, and sold in a very short time. He also assisted me in purchasing my next home, working diligently and showing me several properties he considered would meet my needs--one did and I bought it. Easy to work with, realistic, fair and considerate of the client's needs and desires.
Sebastian was super easy to work with, great sense of humor and really knew the local area. He steered us away from areas that weren't right for us and called spur of the moment and said "You need to come down and take a look at this one, it won't last long". He was right...it was just what we were looking for (after some remodeling) but the property is one of a kind.
